Supervision is not about looking over your shoulder to see if you are ‘getting it right’. It’s about coaching you to be the best you can be in your role and about taking care of you along the way.
When you take care of you, the people with whom you work will also benefit, resulting in stress reduction and ultimately stress-proofing for you and your team.
The fee for Professional Supervision is $120 per 60 minute hour.
Evelyn is available for Face to Face sessions in Whangarei, Northland, and worldwide via Skype.
Evelyn can provide a written contract, particularly useful when your employer is meeting your supervision costs.
